These navy, gold, and white paper circles garlands are great for your University of California (or other blue and gold school) graduation celebration. Show your school colors and make your graduate feel super special. These garlands are lightweight and easy to hang. Use them to decorate the front of a food or gift table. Drape them across walls. Circles are punched from 65 lb. card stock (the thickness of about 3 sheets of regular paper)
I use the style of three 1” circles followed by one 2" circle followed by three 1" circles, etc.
Garlands are sewn with quality thread, and I leave about a foot of thread on each end so that you tie or tape the garland to a hook or to the wall.
Strands can be cut apart into shorter strands if you want to use them to dangle different lengths or if you need to trim when draping strands.
