Your child has graduated from UCLA, so it's time to celebrate this important milestone! This large CONGRATS bright blue and yellow graduation banner with two matching pennant garlands in bright blue, yellow and white is just the right backdrop decor for your graduation party.
Each panel is approximately 5.5" across and 8" long (at the longest tips) and is cut into pennant pieces. Letters have been cut out with a die cut and end panels are decorated with graduation caps that are embossed with a white finish. This banner is matched as closely (not exact hex colors) to UCLA blue and yellow but you can order this banner in any color to match your school colors (see last picture for colors). You can also customize it by adding a name. The banner comes with two 6-foot matching triangle pennant garlands as shown in the pictures.

Banner is made from 65lb navy card stock (about the thickness of three sheets of regular paper).
Each panel measures 5.5" by 8" (about 14cm by 20 cm), so (cap) CONGRATS (cap) with 10 panels measures approximately 4.5 feet (or about 1.5 meters).
Letters are die-cut from yellow 65lb cardstock and measure 3.5" high (width varies by letter).
If you choose to add a name, the name will be added as a separate banner to hang below the CONGRATS banner. It will have two grad cap panels on either end of the name.
Grad caps are embossed in white.
Banner is strung on white satin ribbon.
